When a purchase is made, the merchants may report back to us immediately but some may take up to 60 days. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not your transaction was tracked, please contact us at help@cashbackcard.com. Make sure you have a note of your transaction reference or confirmation number with the retailer as well as the date and transaction amount so we can identify the purchase. We will also require the date of transaction and a brief description of your purchase. After you have contacted us, we will start investigating right away but please be aware that it may take several weeks to fully investigate any claim or discrepancy.

Please make sure you contact us as soon as you suspect a transaction has not been tracked as we are unable to track transactions made more than 90 days prior due to high transaction volumes.
