There are 3 common transaction statuses. These are awaiting validation, pending and settled. Awaiting validation usually only applies to snapcash receipts, and only until the merchant has validated the receipt as a real one. Pending is used to clasify the transaction once it has been tracked until the point that the merchant has actually paid the cashback. Once the merchant has paid the cashback becomes settled. Once settled, the cashback is added to your total accrued cashback balance. Should your cashback be declined and you feel this is incorrect, e.g. you did not return the item or cancel the purchase and should therefore receive cashback, please contact us with the relevant details including your email address, transaction date, a brief description of the purchase and any transaction reference number you may have.
