There are a few reasons your receipt may have been rejected;


Your receipt was either in the incorrect format


It wasn’t clearly visible in the photo you submitted


It may have been deemed invalid because it was for the wrong merchant


The card used was not your registered card


It was paid for with cash NOT card.


If your receipt has been rejected it will state in our email from the receipts management team why. In most cases you can resubmit this with the correct changes made.
