You can submit a new ticket via our help desk. You will see this on the first page of the help-desk, please click on 'New Support Ticket' all responses will go direct to the email of your choice.
You can also send an email to support@cashback.freshdesk.com. Alternatively you can contact us via our Facebook and Twitter pages. Whatever method you choose the customer service team would be happy to help you with your query. We aim to respond to all queries within 3 working days.
